Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

What you will need:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 half cup regular sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 and 1 half cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 or more cups of raisins

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat together butter and sugars till creamy. 
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well
  6. Drop round balls of dough on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for two minutes.
